BJ-SPT500SF full servos paper plate machine is fit for making 5inch to 11inch plates through changed the moulds , the running speed can up to 100pcs per min . this machine adopts 2 servo motors driven system for plate formed and 2servo motors driven for paper feeder, it with characteristics of low noise and power consumption of only 3 kw per hour. Compared with the traditional hydraulic plate forming, the power consumption is reduced by 50% above , it greatly reduces energy consumption and saves costs.

The machine's body frame adopts a complete iron plate; The core advantage lies in the balanced strength and rigidity, which can stably support the mechanical structure and operating load of the paper plate machine, reduce vibration deformation, ensure stable product quality, and be wear-resistant and impact resistant, making it more suitable for long-term use of the machine. This process is more expensive compared to welding machine's frame.

3).The stacking area is assembled with a steel plate structure and connected to the main frame via a hinge mechanism.
